At Harrington Bates, we believe in promoting a healthy and happy environment in the workplace. Providing employees with easy access to occupational health services is a great way to help with this and ensures that our schools have access to the resources and expertise they need to protect and maintain their staff’s health and wellbeing.

That’s why as part of our staff absence insurance policy, we provide our schools with a range of market-leading occupational health services to help their staff with any personal or professional, physical or mental issues they may encounter. These are included at no additional cost to your policy.

What’s more, many of their services are proactive, aimed at keeping staff well and at work and not just about supporting employees when they are ill. Pre-placement screenings
